About me and this blog
This diet, along with an active lifestyle, has helped me get into the best shape of my life. You don’t have to do crazy diets and harp over carbs and calories. The only thing that matters is if they are good or bad carbs/calories. Almost all of my dishes are healthy and wholesome. Food like a hamburger has a negative connotation as being unhealthy. However, when you use wild ground buffalo/grassfed beef, whole wheat buns, vegetables… it is actually quite good for you. It really is about the quality of your ingredients and how the food was grown/raised. You are what you eat!
I enjoy all kinds of food. Don’t let the big piece of meat in the title scare you off if you aren’t that into meat. I only use grass fed beef and buffalo. I use organic chicken and such as well. That piece of beef came from Whole Foods. However, I do the majority of my shopping at the DeKalb Farmer’s Market. A misconception is that you can’t eat healthy and organic on a budget. For organic vegetables, produce and meat, the DFM can’t be beat.

Hey man,
Glad to see you’ve made some post recently. I haven’t made many on my blog recently.
I just realized something kinda funny about the name of “404 Eats”. In internet terms 404 is code for an error page. So relatively 404 Eats is like error eats.
